Rainout: Ticket is good only for the game on the ticket. No part of the purchase price will be refunded because holder fails to use it for that game. If a game is rescheduled, not played or is not completed, NO REFUNDS will be issued and the original ticket will be valid for any subsequent regular season game of the current season (subject to availability). The published starting time of the game may be changed without notice.
Never Waste a Ticket: If any season-seat ticket is not used for the game on the ticket and the game is played, NO REFUNDS will be issued and the original ticket will be valid for any subsequent regular season game of the current season (subject to availability). Ticket may be exchanged at the box office for an identically priced ticket, subject to availability. The published starting time of the game may be changed without notice.
Injury: WARNING: DESPITE ENHANCED SPECTATOR SHIELDING MEASURES, BALLS STILL MAY FLY INTO THE SPECTATOR AREA. SERIOUS INJURY CAN OCCUR. STAY ALERT AT ALL TIMES INCLUDING DURING WARMUP AND AFTER PLAY STOPS. IF STRUCK BY A BALL OR INJURED IN ANY WAY, PLEASE ASK USHER FOR DIRECTIONS TO MEDICAL STATION.
THE TICKETHOLDER ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER OF PERSONAL INJURY AND ALL OTHER HAZARDS ARISING FROM OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO the event for which ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event including specifically but not exclusively the danger of being injured by baseballs, bats, promotional activities, other spectators or players or by thrown objects. Ticketholder agrees that the field, the league, its officers and employees, the participating clubs, their officers, players, employees and agents, as well as each of their affiliates, are expressly released by the Ticketholder from any claims arising from or relating to such causes or otherwise occurring at or in connection with event.
Use of Capitals Marks: Any non-editorial or commercial use of any GBL or GBL club mark is prohibited without prior written approval of GBL, or the Capitals, as the case may be.
Transmission of Event: Ticketholder acknowledges and agrees that Ticketholder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event in any portion thereof.
Use of Image: Ticketholder consents to use of his/her image or likeness incidental to any transmission or reproduction of the event. Surveillance cameras may be operating in locations in and around the field to deter and/or detect criminal activity and for public security.
